What’s included in my ticket?

Full conference ticket includes:

  • Trade show access
  • Networking event/dinner at Te Puia
  • Speaker sessions and panels on the Thursday and Friday
  • Awards night dinner

Day pass conference ticket includes:

  • Trade show access
  • Speaker sessions and panels on the Thursday and Friday

Awards dinner ticket includes:

  • Access to our formal Awards dinner celebrating excellence in the industry

Are there any sponsor or exhibitor opportunities?

Absolutely! If you want to be a part of the Conference experience for our industry and explore opportunities, get in touch with us at admin@sarnz.org.nz and we can see what might be right for you.

Can I bring a partner or my family?

By holding the Conference and Trade Show in Rotorua, you can bring your family and make it a extended family weekend. The speaker events are not intended for children or family as they will be focused at the industry, but you’re welcome to bring family to the trade show.


On Friday we will be ending before lunch so the rest of the day can be activities - whether you want to spend time with your team, networking with others in a fun environment, or enjoying it with your family.

What are the activities?

We are still collating some activities for you to do, and we will update this page as soon as we have more.

Do I need to tell any one about my dietry or medical conditions?

For safety reasons we ask you to notify us of dietary or medical conditions when you purchase a ticket. If there’s anything we need to be aware of, or accommodate for, please notify us when you register. If anything changes after registration you can notify us at admin@sarnz.org.nz.

where can I view the conference program?

You can see our conference programme on our page called ‘Programme’ or for more detail on speakers and the sessions, download the Event Solutions app. Search the event code provided in the confirmation email when you purchase a ticket.
